“What’s up with the weather today?”

The story in this week’s Real Deals newsletter was all about the weather:
“The revelation that Britons like to talk about the weather isn’t going to shock anyone. But did you know that it works out to six months worth of discussions about rain, drizzle, downpours, cold spells and the occasional heat wave over a lifetime?”

A study of over 2000 adults has revealed that us British talk about the weather for an average of 49 hours each year. Which sounds a lot, but I’ve commented on today’s sunny weather at least six times so far today – so perhaps it’s actually not enough!
