Happy St. George’s Day!
It seems pretty typical of English weather that on the day we celebrate St. George, our patron saint, that the skies are grey and the temperatures are unusually low for the season. Perhaps we could nominate St. Rainsalot as our patron saint next year so we’ve got a slim chance of getting some sun?
But England isn’t all bad, with its rolling hills and pretty villages, so here are a few things we love, just to balance out all this dreary grey weather!
Country Pubs
Fish and Chips
Formal Gardens
Bluebell Glades
Canals
Beaches
London
Castles
No St George’s Day would be complete without at least one!
