There are venues all around the country, so you can get to know Sweden better too. Check out the The Avenue and the Southern Gothenburg Archipelago in Gothenburg, and the three royal palaces in Solna.
X Games 2013, Various Worldwide Locations

If the crunching crashes at the BMX track have made you hunger for more extreme sports action then the X Games are where it’s at. Expanding to six locations worldwide for 2013 there’s more chance than ever to catch some of the action, whether you want winter or summer daring. Aspen, Colorado, and Tignes in France will host the snow-based events, whilst Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil, Barcelona, Munich and Los Angeles will all host summer events.
2013 World Athletics Championships, Moscow
Can our track and field stars do it all over again in Moscow for the World Championships? Cheer on Mo, shout for Jess and explore this amazing city – what could be better? See Red Square, the Kremlin, marvel at the opulent underground stations, and take a weird wander through the parks where all the hundreds of communist statues went after the fall of the USSR.
2016 Olympics, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Already boasting a better logo than the London games, but offering a slightly haphazard shapshot of what to expect at the Closing Ceremony, we can’t help but look forwards to Rio. We’re expecting beach volleyball with amazing views, fanatical footballing fans and lovely tropical weather, so keep your eyes peeled for travel deals, tickets and more as soon as they are available!
