Yum! This week there’s been a lot of chocolate related news coming out of China – first Chinese confectioners built a 10 metre long chocolate model of the Great Wall of China. The wall was constructed as part of the World Chocolate Wonderland exhibition which is aimed at promoting chocolate to the Chinese.
